today was very busy, i skipped lunch. then we had our first youth meeting in west covina. we ordered pizza and i finally ate something. then my left eye started getting fuzzy. then i felt light headed.
then on the way back to LA, i yakked. and i felt faint-ish. i got home early and slept. now i am awake.
no more pizza for a while. |

i thought i had too much cake in me from this weekend. but i got home, opened up the fridge and had a slice of mango cake. i ate it.
then i opened up the fridge and got out the cake for another slice.
and now i am fhat.

well, that was fun. dinner and jousting at medieval times, recooping from the festivities, and eating pretty much all day.
i'd say that 24 thus far is a success.
this year's gonna be good. 24 + year of the ox.

yesterday was amazing. we all watched history. obama is now president of the free world. we had beers. i ran into santa cruz folks outta nowhere! AND i ran into mil from hollywood! amazing, obama is bringing the world together a few people at a time =) just one thing tho. . .
obama's mixed, and everyone keeps saying black. let's say he is the first prez of color or the first prez of mixed background. there we go.

this entry is on the borderline, newly crossed into the 2009 territory.
breaking tradition on this one. haven't done my 2008 round up yet, but i don't think i have too much to complain about. sure, the economy is in a shambles, everything's unstable and we're in a recession... but that's all money.
2008 brought me new understanding, familiarity with los angeles, a new job, a new car and new love.
yay for 2008, you weren't so bad afterall.
2009 is the year of change... or hope... or all of the above.
